Order Cancellation

To cancel an order that hasn't been fulfilled yet, please contact us at tharaascarfs@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we're here to help:
Please email tharaascarfs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A copy of your invoice
Clear photos of the damaged item
Our customer care team will investigate and respond promptly.


Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure every scarf meets your expectations. However, due to hygiene considerations, returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
Unused and unwashed
In its original condition with all tags attached

Return Process

Your order number
Photos of the defect with tags visible
A brief description of the issue
Our quality control team will inspect the item. This may take up to 14 days.
If approved, we will contact you to choose between:
A refund via InstaPay or Vod Cash, or
An exchange for another scarf of equal value

Important Notes

Tharaa reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Items that are used, washed, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed via InstaPay or Vod Cash.
